WaterNSW state-wide Rural Valleys Asset Maintain Capability Program.
This program will refurbish and restore various assets across dams, weirs, regulators and water supply infrastructure.
Project Management Deliverables
- Maintain work schedules for 196 work packages across 12 valleys
- Monitor internal and external budgets and costs for entire $32M program of works
- Manage construction managers project engineers
- Contract administration including variations, gate approvals and communications across environmental approval bodies, landowners and internal stakeholders
- Reporting to executive via financial analysis and progress reports
