Project Management Deliverables
- Facilitate the design and development of construction in accordance with the Design and Construct Contract
- Coordination and chair of PCG, design and tender meetings
- Safety, Quality and Environmental Management compliance
- Contract administradtion and tendering life cycle
- Negotiation and approval of construction program including verification of critical path
- Undertaking regular site visits and coordinating inspections
- Monitoring and managing contractor performance and resolving construction contract matters and providing recommendations to AHO
