Namoi House in Walgett is a 5 house complex with a redesign component.
Project Management Deliverables
- Coordinate the redesign and development process including demolition of existing slabs
- Coordination and chair of PCG, design and tender meetings
- Safety, Quality and Environmental Management compliance
- Contract administration and tendering life cycle
- Negotiation and approval of construction program including verification of critical path
- Undertaking regular site visits and coordinating inspections
- Monitoring and managing contractor performance and resolving construction contract matters and providing recommendations to DCJ
