About
WaterNSW has 35 current assets requiring detailed ssessments, reports and scopes of work for insurance purposes. These works will assist in the insurance recovery and restoration of assets across dams, weirs, regulators and water supply infrastructure.
Project Management Deliverables
- Maintain work schedules for 35 work packages across Water NSW infrastructure
- Monitor internal and external budgets and costs for entire $10M program of works
- Manage asset assessment team, consultants, landholders, Water NSW and asset logistics.
- Reporting and Contract administration of scopes of work and insurance documentation
- Reporting to executive via Įnancial analysis and progress reports
