BCRP Components
Before a Certificate of Insurance is issued, the following components must be confirmed by our BCRP Service Provider:
- Contract Document Review : Ensure all contract documents are complete and accurate.
- Budget and Progress Payments : Verify the reasonableness of the project's budget and payment schedule.
- Builder Performance Review (BPR) Schedule : Assess the builder's performance schedule to ensure proper supervision and contract administration.

Client Requirements
To complete a detailed BCRP assessment, clients must provide:
- Signed Contract and relevant documents.
- Completed Icare HBCF Project Application Form.
- Detailed written Quotation matching the Contract Amount.
- DA Notice of Determination and Stamped DA Plans.
- Construction Issue Drawings, Geotechnical Report, and Structural Engineering Design Drawings.
- A detailed project budget, including a forecasted Gross Margin.
